I went back to the work site tried it out and it didnt work and it kept leaking. I bring it back the next day and would like to return it. The cashier said No because it was used and had a little scratch on it. He said how can I sell it with these marks. I said I wouldn't of bought it if your representative said it wouldn't work. Just like other places you buy it use it, and if it doesn't work return it. They dont take refunds and dont tell you when you buy it. I have never heard that in my life. He said if it wasnt used ( 1 small scratch) he would take it back. Why would I buy it than. I really think its ridiculous the rules they have here. Lots of variety but terrible customer service and policies.

The guys are knowledgeable and have always been decent to me. They also have a good selection of tools and fasteners. The prices I pay are always good and the quality is good as well. Keep up the good work.

Best to order ahead and they will get your order ready for you.. staff all wearing their PPE and they have protective equipment and protocols in place ..

I asked a simple question, and I was rudely told they have no time. It's all good if you are busy. No need to be rude. I will no longer shop there, and I will no longer recommend people to go there.
