β β β β β Maps took me to 7th Ave. When I called napa, the lady I spoke with gave perfect directions. I had been able to grab what I needed quickly. Staff were knowlagable and prices were fair.

β β β β β We were in Edson today and decided to pop I to the Napa store to see if they had the parts we needed..... Unfortunately they didn't but the customer service was AMAZING! Two young men working in the store went above and beyond to try to help us out and they were so friendly and professional as well. . I wish I had thought to get their names but, hopefully their boss will see this review, know who I mean and give them the praise they deserve.

β β β β β Have been in twice recently and had parts overnight delivered on a weekend if they were in Edmonton.
Friendly staff, down to earth and enjoy helping their clients. Took the time to discuss products and options, even offering to order in a specific item if it was not in stock.
Best selection of heavy truck parts as well I found in Edson. Great selection as well in stock, as good as any big city really. As I mentioned usually a part is only 24 hours away with their overnight delivery. The way a store should be run in this 'online order world' when competing with it. People make the difference.

β β β β β I called ahead, they had the part I needed and put it aside for me, (5/5 for that) someone else helped me at the counter and started giving the person who spoke with me on the phone "a hard time". I was disappointed with the unprofessional razzing. Keep it in the break room... or better yet, treat eachother with professional courtesy ?

β β β β β I was travelling through Edson and needed to buy some windshield cleaner. I dealt with a young man named Brad. My service experience was more like what I would expect at a good hotel in a big city than the typical βparts guyβ experience that one usually has at auto parts store.
Brad selected the brand (Gunk window cleaner) that he uses himself and explained why itβs his choice. This was a next level buying experience. What a great stopover!

β β β β β There's a couple of staff members there that are really good. Others well not so much. Our company spends a fair chunk of their repair budget there. After today, I'm sure they won't be seeing much of that budget any longer. Pretty sad they are willing to throw 20 to 30 grand out the window, over an hr.
