★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi Diane, I’m the person who asked for a discount on a couple of end of season items today, the “pushy and rude” blonde lady if that rings any bells? You, as a manager, do not deserve the people who served me. Those wonderful clerks should work for someone else before your example turns them into the surly person you portray. If my request for $12 off some summer garden things did not offend you, it sounded that way. So when I said I was still going to take it despite your poor attitude, way to kill the sale with the aforementioned description you gave me. My favourite was how pleased you look when I followed up with not buying anything. Keep it up. Home Hardware anywhere will never take my money again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always have worst experience with them. The lady dealing with kitchen stuff is awesome and is the only reason I go there. However, yesterday they did something that is beyond my imagination. my 2.5 year old son was yelling for some candy and the lady in the front asked my wife to leave the premises of the building. What the ...... Never seen such arrogant customer service representatives in my life. just imagine you go to wall mart or home depot and they ask you to leave as your 2 year kid is making noise. my wife never told me that till we left the place later. they really need to improve on their customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are always very friendly and willing to put that extra mile in to help answer any of my questions. Great sales on flooring when we needed it with really good quality. We shop here often and always enjoy the friendly faces and relaxed atmosphere.

Was told i can take breaks throughout the day since i was just starting out & i had been required to be on my feet for 8+ hours a day & the first and only time i asked for a break i was brought to the back to be told i wasn't working hard enough and to "adjust faster". the manager is very rude & talks to everyone like they are dumb. would recommend going to any store but this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not from there(Edson ) and when I asked for drywall joint compound the employee couldn't help me and the material cost a fortune a corner bead of 8 feet is normally between 3$and 4 $ over there it was $9,90 for one bead
