★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although covid 19 protocols are in place and number of persons allowed indoors is limited, staff is helpful and customer oriented. Lots of gardening and farm products are outdoors allowing for distancing to occur. Large parking area and easily accessible mobility wise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanted to share a wonderful experience I had this week when I went to theTSC store here in Goderich. I was greeted by a young chap who was kind enough to direct me to the person he said would definitely be able to help me out. I was looking for a way to be able to hitch a small trailer to my bicycle, because my bikes axle was too short. I tried two different stores in Goderich that I thought would help me out, and both stores didn't even seem to care. Now I am not going to mention these stores because I don't enjoy complaining, but I feel good customer service is very important for business. If a customer is treated with respect and made to feel comfortable, if the staff takes a real interest in helping, then it is obvious, that customer will come back. I have to say TSC Staff really helped me out. They have made my life so much easier. With just a kind act of taking the time and interest in what to me seemed like a "BIG DILEMMA" Garret, one of staff new he could come up with a way to make it work. He was able to fix in no time at all. Thank you Garret and team. Because of these guys I am now a 65 year old happy independent women I can now drive my bike to any store here in Goderich and pickup what ever I want and just load it in my little trailer. ( No MORE ASKING MY NEIGHBOUR TO TAKE ME TO THE STORE FOR MY 32LB BAG OF DOG FOOD EVERY MONTH ) My life just got a lot easier. SO HAPPY, THANK YOU SO MUCH I will continue to go to your store for all my hardware needs. I will also pass on my experience.... because, GOOD STUFF HAPPENS and we all need to spread the GOOD STUFF ... TSC is GOOD STUFF ...Blessings !! So happy I took pictures ...LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for an item in my home store in my home store and they didn't have it. I asked them to check I asked them to check and they found one in Goderich. I called the night before to set one aside. The woman I spoke with was very polite, and quite hilarious. I asked where abouts the store was, and she gave me directions to a bakery. I inquired if they were beside the bakery, she said, "no, but you gave to get their donuts, they're famous for they're donuts."
I left home at 6:45 am and arrived shortly after 9 am, (stopped at Tim Hortons in Southampton for coffee and food, no donut though {you can guess why I bet!})
I looked around Peavy mart for a few minutes, nice store, very well organized and really clean. I asked for the item and got to find out where it was being kept. They have a Courtney Love hole somewhere in the warehouse!? She gave directions to the pick up spot, gentleman was very helpful putting it in my car.
Please, if you're ever in Goderich and need anything, please go to this Peavey Mart. Great place!
Oh, to the owner. Great staff. Really enjoyed my visit, and experience. And hope you don't change the name of the spot in the warehouse. It might confuse those who work there.?
