★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love coming here for dinner or lunch! Probably one of my absolute favorite places to eat as a meal. Their meal pricing is a little expensive. Expect to pay roughly $14CAD. The ladies are super nice and Friendly.
At this location, you order first and if they are busy they would give you a number, choose your seat and wait for your meal.
At other locations it's different. I know at park Royal, you order and they assign you a seating number and that's your table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a regular at this location ever since it was located at 1301 Lonsdale. This location recently re-opened and my husband and I were so thrilled as we live right around the corner. Whenever we go by there is always a line up of delivery drivers as I assume people are a bit afraid to dine in. Every time we dine in we get exceptional service and the food has been delicious as always reading these comments below just ticks me off. There are days where any human can have off days. The world is going through a pandemic be kind and support your local business except for putting them down. Everyone is doing there best during these hard times. I for sure will be back and will support my local businesses.

I had dinner with my husband and the food was delicious as always and the customer service like always was nothing but amazing. Look at that beautiful chicken with the yummy sauce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During their open I had a really rough experience during a peak busy time. Evidently everyone loves Nandos and on opening night, everyone was excited to get that flame grilled chicken.
The kitchen was flustered and forgot part of my order. I quickly called them and I told them what happened. They didn't deny any fault, and the manager made every effort to make everything right. This is how you deal with mistakes, you own them and make them right! I wish all businesses were as well managed as Nandos.
I got an amazing to go meal, healthy, tasty and cooked to perfection.
Anyone can manage in smooth times. It takes real talent and management capacity to manage in chaos.
Nandos HQ. I kept the names of the staff who showed exemplary behavior. I don't want to put them here for fear of nefarious actors trying to use the names to cause problems, however, you really owe these members of your team for representing your brand with such class and care.
Update (March 2022):
This place is still one of the best spots on the north shore. Staff are amazing, and they finally got a mobile app for Nandos North America. Not sure if the deals are good yet, I only just signed up. But I can confirm the food is still really good ?

The service is fast.
The way they grilled the chicken is very nice with peri peri sauce.
Very clean and neat place
It is hard to find parking close to the restaurant!
The prices are so reasonable!
