★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, got ticket for no reason, even though, it's saying free parking up to 90 mins, with wholefood purchase over 10$. Didnt mention how to redeem the ticket, so went up to ask the cashier, and by the time I got back down i got a parking ticket, call them up and the operator lied to me saying the terms and conditions where displayed on the window, and refused to cancel my ticket, I will however attach a photo of terms and conditions to show that I was right. Not ethical at all and bunch of liers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also had a negative experience, being a physically disabled driver, went to go see my doctor, but all the disabled parking spots were taken, so I had to take up one and a half stalls in order for me to get in and out of my van because of my ramp, when I came back from the doctors, I received a ticket for improper parking. I did call to try and appeal the ticket, all they told me was I had to wait for a disabled spot to become available, even though I had to be at my doctor's at a specific time. They've got to find a way to give a bit of leeway in situations like mine.
