★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay so forst time seeing translink tax on monthly parking but it is what it is. The worse part is there's a cancellation policy where if you cancel later yhen the 8th of any month, you will still have to pay no matter what the situation is. I got into the car accident and wanted to suspend my monthly parking for just a month but even if the proof i could provide, the operator literally said "thats your problem not mine. This is our policy and we dont do suspension. Either you keep having the monthly or you cancel it. However since its after the 8th, you will still have to pay until the following month". So if you are gonna sign up for their monthly parking do know what you are signing up for.
