★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I parked here few times, the parking lot itself is in terrible conditions I got a flat tire due to some random garbage and nails left all around the lot not to mention the puddle of water you are forced to walk in. But I told to myself hey it's cheaper than the other options around, but enough is enough got 2 parking tickets from this place even when I paid for the parking and the dispute system is a nightmare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This isn’t really a great place to park since it’s located right in an alleyway which is beside Hastings and Columbia st (which is known for being one of the most dangerous parts of Vancouver. Another not so good part about this parking lot is that there is trash and broken glass almost everywhere in this parking space. I’d definitely stay away from this parking space unless there is no other place to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go down here pretty often and it always says "No charge parking period" well I got a ticket and they're refusing to watch my video and state that there is ALWAYS a way to pay, before hanging up on me. ?
