★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once purchased a messenger bag from this store a number of years ago with intention to replace an older messenger bag that was falling apart, only for this bag's support buckles, WHICH WERE MADE OF PLASTIC, to fail the 1-gallon stress test as I was leaving the store. I tried to get an exchange/refund on this product saying they sold me a faulty product, but the store's employees were very rude, refused to exchange the item, and what's worse, placed the blame squarely onto me. I also discovered that these stores will charge a debit fee on your card if you're paying with a debit card. Also their owner, Marc Emery, is a nasty person, too. Because of all these factors, I will never visit a Cannabis Culture store ever again.
