★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long story to describe, but customer service is not the best one in downtown. I would rather next time buy my card from any other store near buy like Nordstrom or Winners or HomeSence or IGA market... If you want to get bad customer service and pay for it, this is the right place to shop for a card. I would not recommend this store, and I won't ever shop there again.
This is what happened in short.
"Can I please pay for my card?"
"What you have to do is to wait until someone will come and help you"
"I don't really have much time to wait. I am running late for my doctors appointment, but I wanted to buy for him Christmas card."
"Your bad time management does not affect our business"
"Well, your bad customer service doesn't affect me either" After I said this, he took my card and said that it was not for sale.
He seemed like the owner of the store, but not really smart one for sure since he treats customers who brings money into his business like that. Make sure he is in the good mood when you want to visit them LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snobby attitude, terrible service, definitely has a feel of judging you at the door. The merchandise here are not out of the ordinary, and overpriced as well. However, they do have a large collection of cards, some of them being more tasteless than usual. Their framing service appears to be worth it if you have something that is really quite an important keepsake, then it would be worth the abysmal service.
Great location, but would avoid unless I have to frame a self-portrait of Gandhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good framing shop. I only needed some basic re-matting and the work was done extremely well. They matched a pair of prints which both needed different matting. Great job.
Second time I visited I needed a basic frame and matting. A stock frame was all good to go and the service was quick. Nice and friendly staff!
The shop is quirky and speaks to Vancouver's off-the-cuff humour.
