Can’t you remember your patrons or even try to familiarize yourselves with your patrons? It will help, I tell you!

The salon is clean, bright, friendly and well laid out, and my nail technician, Anna, was a real professional who takes obvious pride in her work. I got the spa pedicure with paraffin and I have to say it's one of the best pedicures I can remember having. On the spur of the moment I went for a gel mani as well and now I can't stop looking at how pretty my hands look--they were appalling when I went in! I've been driving past this unassuming little place on 106 Ave for years without thinking much about it, but now it is absolutely my first-choice go-to for nail service. I'm so happy I tried it! I'n definitely a convert.

We both got pedicures, my nail polish and nail shape came out perfectly. My feet were left very soft. They did a hot stone massage on the lower legs which was also a big bonus for us!

She gave me the cutest new set, checked in with me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with the nails & she was so kind and funny. 10/10 recommend & will be returning !
R	Rae Letham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My regular salon did not have any availability that worked with my schedule this past week, so I decided to try this salon out instead as it has great reviews. However, I’m not overly impressed with the service I received from them. While my nails do look good and I’m happy enough with them, the lady who did my nails was incredibly rough with my hands, to the point where she cut my finger with the nail file along my nail bed, and drew blood, which is quite painful. This wouldn’t have been such a big deal had she apologized for it, but she didn’t say anything when it happened or when I flinched every time she went near the finger/nail after that, and continued to be quite rough with me throughout the service causing several other small nicks (that did not bleed). I don’t want to judge too harshly, as I’m unsure if she was just having a bad day, or if she was rushing to get out of the salon as it was near closing, but I’d be quite hesitant to return after that experience.
