★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice little hole-in-the-wall spot. Went here for a rockabilly show. Not great for seating overall once people really started showing up, and way understaffed for the night (1 server, 1 cook, 1 bartender). But the server was very friendly and the bartender was brand new so the drinks were a reeeeally heavy pour for the price. Would go back again and make sure we showed up early again to ensure we got a seat. Also, be careful in the ladies room--the door of one of the stalls doesn't close!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a cool little hole in the wall pub. Staff are great and really friendly. The beer was alright, although it tasted like they didn't totally clean their lines before hooking up a different keg.
Went here to see a friend perform and for a pub the sound quality was decent. It's a small pub though so once it started getting busy it made it hard to find places to even stand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ night waitress is rude. Due to my previous review, she refused service to my wife and i-- then blames it on the ower. (as per owner- she states) upon actually asking the bar owner, he indicates its was not him - and in fact she refused to service us-- funny how she could not just accept the critism to become a better server she had to cry to the bar owner and kick us out-- but thats how children are these days!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clicky place; waitress doesn't ask if I would like anything- and my wife and I go here alot. My wife won alot of money on the VLTs, and waitress loudly counts out the payout tickets so everyone in the bar needs to hear?! She stated she felt uncomfortable upon leaving and another patron even threw out the remark of buying everyone a round?! ... The waitress could've been alot more discreet as it no one's business as to how much she is placing in her wallet. The younger waitress' lack of friendly customer service towards the not so regulars-regulars is what keeping me and my wife from becoming regulars. When she's not working, we enjoy our visit it's alot more friendlier.

Nice Laid Back Neighborhood Pub!
The Service is Great!
The Food is Great!...and when they have Open Mic days and/or nights, Musicians and Singers get together for Great Jam Sessions!
Good seating inside with large booths, as well as a patio outside (weather permitting).
Nice groups of people here.
I feel very welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, comfortable neighborhood bar with some very good food choices. I really enjoyed the pizza last time I visited. Most importantly, they strongly support live music and some of Edmonton's best musicians play there on a regular basis. I Highly recommend checking it out (especially when some band is appearing).
