worse experience ever. I wanted to remove my acrylics and leave my natural long nails the lady however very rude decided to use a knife and nail clipper to aggressively take off my acrylics... which i couldve done myself at home if i wanted my nails to be damaged at the end and feel the worse pain ever... i kept pulling my finger away (SHE KEPT CUTTINF MY SKIN AND RIPPED OFF TWO NAILS LIKE IT WASNT ATTACHED TO MY NAIL) so she got mad and got her daughter to do them. Which she was nice. however i told them i wanted black nails and the man procedded to do my nails in a "french style" with white tip. when i asked him i wanted color he got mad bc i "asked for white tip" when i know i didnt. i never ever get any tips except for the normal acrylics clear ones. The shape was horrendous. my nails look as ugly as their costumer service and dont get me started on the quality the very same day bubbles started to form on my nails and bc he left them so thing and used not enough powder some have fallen off already or ripped in half. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. the price is cheap 25$ and they are lucky i tipped them 5. Worse SALON EVER. you pay for what you get.

I have been 3 different times and always felt so rushed. I had the worst service ever today. I called ahead to book a time even. When I got there I got worked on by the wife and then the husband after the wife cut well above my cuticle with the drill (still hurts). When my nails were done they were horrible. I had instant bubbles forming and none of the top coat was set properly! I had to ask to get them fixed before I left.. they were drilled down again and redone with no communication. I couldn't even ask for them to be shaped... he kept walking away from me. Was talking over me the entire time and I'm very understanding of different cultures but it's just disrespectful to have a full conversation with someone who is behind your back, in a language you don't know the entire time. I have shellac all over my cuticles and the most uneven acrylic. It is painful. Causing unneeed stress on my nail and I did like Kim and Nancy. But the work had been rushed and yes I have to say since I am a nail tech that it's not that hard to paint shelac. And it's not difficult to cure it properly. Use a darn base coat please'! The kabuki brush he used left hairs in my nails and had to be redone and soon after I left my nails have rebubbled. It was open and I felt unwelcome the entire time! I even had to tell them to have a good day when we were leaving.i felt horrible asking for my nails to be fixed and the response I got reassured that feeling. I will NOT be returning! Have to go get my nails fixed now. I have one finger which is red and inflamed because the acrylic goes so far over my cuticle. NOT impressed.

I have been extremely pleased with my nails, the price and the service. I get the dip which another nail salon was unable to do the job well and charged a fortune. The first time I went I was prepared for a job similar to the other salon. I was so pleased with the service and the dip on my nails that I have continued to go back. The salon is extremely clean.

I get my nails done regularly and have tried a number of different salons and this place is definitely the worst one I have been to. I walked in and there was only 3 people working and 2 people getting services done. I was asked to sit down and the lady began removing my old set of gel nails (which she did so very roughly), and almost cut the end of my finger with the nail clippers. When I pulled my hand away and said "you almost cut me" she didn't even look up or even acknowledge I had said anything. As she was doing this a phone call came in where I heard the man say "ok sure come now" and about 10 minutes later a lady walked in and said "Hi I just called about a pedicure", the lady doing my nails proceeded to stand up, leave me sitting there and go tend to the new customer and did her whole pedicure while I sat there until the man was finished with his client and could start mine. He used tips that were way too big for my finger, a couple of them were so big they were touching the side of my finger.. until I said something. He put the gel so close to my cuticle that there is absolutely zero separation between my finger and my nail, he glued almost every one my nails to my skin, and the shape of them are next level terrible. They are lumpy and uneven and look like a little kid painted them. There is a reason their prices are so cheap... you pay for what you get.

I do not like to leave negative reviews, however I am very displeased with my pedicure. The nails are cut so deep on the sides of my big toe that it kind of hurts and skin that should not be exposed is. The nails are not filed properly and have rough edges on them. The staff was nice and all and the place was clean but I am super unhappy with what I got and worried about getting ingrown nails on my one big toe especially. I would not return sorry.

He worked in my nails like a professional! Like he’s been working on nails for 20 years! Like an artist and my hands were his canvas! Thank u Bill!! Perfection!!

Not good. Got pedicure done-paid $40 including my $7 tip-was nice but didn’t last even a week before chipping. Came home from my Mother’s Day trip and nails are destroyed. However couldn’t contact them right away as my whole family had Covid. Less than two weeks later I contacted the owner and said my nails chipped after a week, some are even bare-he said come now I’ll do it-I explained I just tested positive for covid and tried to set up a date for next week, But he said if I don’t come now then he’ll have to charge me cause it’s been 2 weeks. What is one more week wait?! A little silly if you ask me. Yeah ok I’ll come now with Covid so it’s free? Not very nice. He could have rescheduled me to the date I wanted (which isn’t at all unreasonable seeing the circumstance I am in) what a waste of $, and not very good on managers part. Also to risk staff and other customers bringing me in with Covid?! Nope! I will not return here. And I had gone a handful of times before but this is unacceptable.

First and last time trying this place across the street from McQuesten Park. Although my feet were pampered, the shellac job is very sloppy both on the toenails and finger nails. I am very disappointed. My suggestions to the owners: 1. get better lighting around your work area. 2. When the customer talks to you please acknowledge it at least with a smile if you have a hard time understanding. The whole experience felt disconnected and as if the customer is a nuisance. I left a generous tip only because I wanted to support you, but unfortunately I will not be coming back.
