β β β β β Came early, so they let me grab my drink. Even thou the drink took super long they still accommodated me. I gave her a nail art I wanted and she did they them beautifully and super fast. Definitely coming again β€οΈ

β β β β β Was charged $200 for a simple design that was not well done either. Not worth the price in my opinion, there are a ton of great places in Richmond for less than 1/2 the price and of better quality. Wouldn't go back again and would definitely not recommend to anyone.

β β β β β I can safely say this was the worst manicure experience I've ever had in my life. The entire process was rushed and I was moved out of my booth to accommodate a customer that arrived in the middle of my manicure. Zero attempt to clean up the cuticles or shape my nails. The polish is also chipping and it's been less than a week. Garbage salon - I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

β β β β β They charge ridiculous price for the quality. The lady was very impatient the whole time. She kept on asking me to add a thicker layer to my nails (which would cost additional 10 dollars to do) and I refused. Kept on asking to do extra things so she can charge more. I guess after I refused to do add-on stuff she got impatient and annoyed. Your customer shouldn't be pressured to add on additional services that she does not need.
SO STOP ASKING PEOPLE TO DO ADDITIONAL STUFF THAT THEY DO NOT WANT.
Charged me $90 for the service and the nail polish only lasted for a week. The nail polish was so bad that two of the nails chipped. Asked them to fix and got refused even though it has only been a week since I did the nail.
Not coming back ever.

The service is friendly and accommodating, they are professional and the store is always clean and organized. I am always satisfied with how my nails turn out and have been coming here on a monthly basis!

β β β β β My go-to nail salon! Hands down one of the best in Vancouver. The nail technicians are super patient and detailed with their work. They never seize to amaze me with their new designs and colours. Can always rely on them to make my nails pretty for special occasions.
