★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to my first post-Covid massage with a few girls. We all booked Heaven Head to toe (massage, facial, pedi). Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Due to a small mix-up and a misunderstanding on my part I didn’t get my facial. I thought the three of us had been scheduled at the same time but they ended up taking my friends first while I waited. Waiting in a beautiful lounge without a clock and being constantly offered champagne is very pleasant, so I didn’t notice how much time had passed. Lol, it was my first successful meditation session! I had a fantastic t8me and can’t wait to go again! I floated out of the massage…. Edna was wonderful and knew just how to get out all my knots and tight spots. Excellent team :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lillian, my masseuse, was extraordinary. She is the lovely effervescent woman with fantastic energy. Went for the Heaven from Head to Toe package, and she gave me one if the best massages I have ever had. She has some techniques I haven’t felt before that helped transform me from a granite slab of stress into a happy puddle. Her facial and pedicure are awesome too, and she is sweet and non-judgemental about my very lazy skincare routine. I would return quickly and repeatedly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most welcoming and beautiful spa, got a facial done there and was blown away. Lillian was truly amazing she made my skin so clear and Soraya was the most welcoming person I’ve met. Definitely a 10/10 experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the absolute spa with 12 other ladies for a special occasion and we had the most memorable experience! The massage was excellent, we had our own bathrobes, and we were given VIP treatment. I recommend coming here for your next special event!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just visited the Absolute Spa at River Rock for the first time this afternoon. There was an accidental double booking for my treatment, but the Area Manager Soraya was quick to offer an alternative, ensuring that I would not miss out on the whole experience because of this mishap.
Lillian was a wonderful masseuse! She had me in a complete state of bliss…as I literally fell asleep during the treatment. I would definitely recommend her, and have booked my next appointment with her already!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff at Absolute Spa are so friendly and welcoming! Special shout out to Amanda at reception and Zenny my masseuse, she was so good, she knew exactly where to work on ! The amenities were clean and all safety protocols were adhered to. We have celebrated many happy occasions - Birthdays, bridal showers/ MOB and retirements at the Absolute Spa. They have all been memorable because its always a great massage with the RMT's and the champagne and chocolate strawberries makes a perfect day! Looking forward to our next celebration !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at the Absolute Spa at River Rock Casino Resort. I came here with a bunch of ladies to celebrate a special occasion. The staff was very friendly and quite accommodating for our large group. They were very professional and even provided us with some goodies. The massage was relaxing and the location was very clean. They even had complimentary lockers in the shower/changing rooms to secure your personal belongings. Highly recommend for those interested for a spa experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for the first time this afternoon for a pedicure. Initially I was a bit disappointed with the facility, but the staff were so friendly and welcoming that it really made the experience for me. Robin, who did my pedicure, was very accommodating and did such a good job on my nails. She was knowledgeable about the products and services and I was thrilled to purchase a body butter afterwards, which I would highly recommend. I relaxed in the lounge after to let my nails dry and was surprised with a mimosa and some snacks. All in all it wasn't the spa I was expecting, but it was well worth the visit. Thank you very much to the staff, especially Robin and the kind receptionist.
