It is not only the best lash experience I’ve ever had but it was the best overall customer experience I’ve ever had in all of Toronto. The space is warm, inviting and so comfortable. The chairs are so comfortable and you are offered a blanket and a safe space for your belongings. The options that they offer for your lashes are amazing!!! - from 3 choices of material to end shape to the length, curve and count of each individual lash! I’ve never had a lash artist allow me to customize so fully and it was an awesome experience. These girls deserve a huge recognition for the space they have created and continue to run with such a kind disposition. N15 soars beyond any other lash studio in comparison and I will never go anywhere else again lol

My only suggestion is that I hope they replace their polyester blankets with ones made with natural fabric such as cotton to reduce static electricity discomfort during winter times. Other than that this place is the BEST!

For my recent appointment, I couldn’t make it on time for my original appointment, they are very friendly and help me reschedule to other time. I love the salon’s vibe and the staff is also very sweet. But I’m not quite happy with the quality. I got my eyelash done on Sunday, and I love how it looks and everything. But on the first day, the eyelash already started to fall off. And on Thursday ( 4 days after the appointment), it pretty much all gone…I probably won’t go back to refill or for another appointment

She even showed me the differences between lash lengths and lash curls, which made my decision making much easier. It is on the pricey side but the workmanship justifies it. I had it done a couple of days ago and I have already received so many compliments on my lashes. I will continue to book with N15 for lash extensions.

So glad they have opened back up! I have gotten my lashes done three times so far and was pleased with EVERY appointment. Each set of lashes has lasted me about a month and a half. They are all extremely gentle and knowledgeable from the moment you get seated to when you are done. I would highly recommend N15 Lash and Beauty Salon if you are looking to get your lashes done correctly and want them to last!
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to Ami for my Keratin Lash Lift (this is my 3rd time getting them done). It’s low maintenance until you get to the 6 week mark and not at all damaging to my lashes. I haven’t had issues with them falling out or breaking. I love that they don’t over curl the lashes so they look super natural! I don’t like the way extensions look (they make my eyes look smaller) - I’m so glad that I found N15 to make my lashes look so snatched without the need for extensions.
