She has high standards for herself in her work, and will make sure that your lashes are perfect to the very last little lash. I had experience with another salon before coming to Gladys, and 13 months later, I still readily set up my 3-4 week appointments with her. She will give you honest feedback about the best lashes (regular set, short, long, full, voluminous) for your purposes and she sends regular emails to all her clients to keep them informed about the latest developments in the lash business, including adhesives, types of lashes, and the best care for your lash set. I recommend Gladys without hesitation to any customer who is looking for a pro.

I returned a few months ago for the first time since COVID lockdowns for a lash lift and my lashes came out straight! They came straight out instead of curling upwards. I believe too large of a pad was used, I am experienced in aftercare since I have gotten them done several times and never with this result. I reached out by text which is how I usually communicate and no reply, then by email contact form through their website and again no reply. For a $90 lash lift I was super disappointed and tried to give them an opportunity to fix it or at least refund me. This unfortunately was the closest place to my house and now I go somewhere else that is actually a bit cheaper and does a better job. Go here at your own risk.
