The first two experiences were very good and what one would expect from a massage, however this most recent visit was the very opposite. Although the staff was friendly and the location clean, the "RMT" assigned to me seem to have little experience or no certification. I made several request to address my areas of concern throughout the massage, which she tried to address, but was unable to adequately use the technique to provide relief. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction with the reception, it was largely brushed aside. I have never experienced this over the last few years of getting massages in Toronto.
B	Big Bull (BigBullDragon) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Spa! The reception was great, I was given lemon water while I filled in the paperwork and told about the services they offered. As soon as the paperwork was out of the way I was introduced to Peter my massage therapist who lead me to a well appointed, gently lit room for may massage. The massage was outstanding, Peter used firm pressure and was easily able to identify the areas were in need of the most attention. After the massage was done I was given more water and was encouraged to take my time in getting ready to leave, I had just had a massage meant to relax me! Great experience, I will be returning!

I went because of bad muscle and joint pain and left feeling a whole lot of relief. Henry was fantastic for explaining how things were going to work when he noticed I was nervous and was careful to respect and ask about any boundaries I had which I really appreciated. On top of the staff being great the building itself is lovely, very clean and pretty. Absolutely will be going back in the future.

My complaint, I think, was that the massage is only 50 minutes, not an hour (it does mention a 'hands-on time' of 50 minutes, so while not clear, it was stated on the website). The first massage I had was excellent - but sadly, this massage therapist left. My second massage seemed to be from someone without a ton of experience and I had to speak up 3 or 4 times because it was painful (and I usually have a deep pressure massage). The initial part of this second massage was done by a hand-held machine, which I thought a) did very little and b) wasn't why I was there ( was there for a hands-on massage). Given that this city has a wide variety of RMT's, I can't see myself paying for a 50 minute massage when I can receive a 60 minute massage elsewhere.

They used the perfect pressure & focused where I was most sore & was super knowledgeable! My facial was also amazing! My skin feels great after & she was super informative on the skin care line that they use (dermalogica) They were super accommodating, I also noticed a lot of the reviews said the it was noisy or the rooms were loud, but I didn’t notice anything! I was so relaxed & comfortable the whole time!!

They listen to my complaints and help set a plan to treat them. My husband and I also like the simple membership plan and the hours work Very well for parents.
