In both cases he was able to identify the issues based on his vast experience with old houses and substandard renovations. We had an extremely challenging project in downtown Toronto with a 1901 home where the party wall between our home and the semidetached next door was sinking and needed to be replaced from foundation to roof top ( four floors). The City of Toronto was involved due to an unsafe building order. I can not reiterate enough how indebted we are to Ken for getting us through this marathon of a project! His professionalism, expertise, and calm demeanour got us through this. The City of Toronto were very pleased to see his name on our project as they recognize his excellence in engineering . I would not hesitate to recommend Ken for even the most complex and difficult projects. Plus he is a really nice man!
