★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stephanie was a shining star in an otherwise very stressful day. My senior mother ended up being dropped off at the wrong place. Stephanie phoned me in Vancouver to see if I knew where my mother was. After a bit of investigating I found that she was at the hospital. Stephanie went to collect her and get her safely to her appointment. She called me to let me know and called again to let me know that appointment went well and my mother was on her way home.
I don’t know if it’s possible to fully express my gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vinie (I may have misspelt his name I apologize in advance), but I just want to commend how professional he was, I had an unpleasant experience at the previous ultrasound (at my health centre), but coming in for a repeat ultrasound with him, made me feel very calm and very reassuring. I thank him for the great work done at my appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I was frustrated upset just trying to park and find the office our experience after we finally made it was incredible. After filling in all the forms for David's pet scan we discovered we were there a day early. I was just about in tears. I spoke to the technician to let him know. Instead of sending us on our way he asked us to wait a minute left us for a few minutes then came back to tell us that it would be tight but that they would fit us in. We were processed quickly with respect. Unbelievable service. BTW the four stars was for parking. Since we are both disabled running around trying to figure out how to legally park was very difficult. Signage is impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff extremely helpful. Minimum waiting time and the technician is very professional and carefully explained to me the procedure. Location is easy to find and free parking is available. Just ask staff for the free parking ticket. That makes access easy. The experience is very positive and I will definitely recommend this location.

Very professional staff with very positive attitudes. David, the doctor’s assistant was excellent & truthful in explaining the procedure I was facing..
Dr Friedman was great - very personable: no fuss no muss. I felt very safe.
