★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband I have been coming here to see Cindy for RMT. She is an experienced therapist who is very friendly and professional. She chooses the pressure level according to your needs/request.
I asked for full pressure massage on the first visit, she really worked on the muscles that I could feel the work she performed the next morning. She asks every visit about my body conditions and pressures level request. If you are looking for a R M Therapist who can deliver the good muscles pain relief, you should visit Cindy.

She is very flexible in scheduling appointment on short notice and helps to do direct billing with insurance company. We are extremely satisfied with her approach & she has great patience. Cindy is very kind, knowledgeable, friendly & will explain everything in detail.
I would highly recommend this place to my friends and relatives. Thank you very much for doing a great job in helping the needy !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I scheduled a 75 minutes RMT massage at this location due to positive reviews but was left disappointed. The lady at the front desk is also the RMT and when my session began, she answered at least 5 phone calls during my time. This was extremely unprofessional and I've never experienced this kind of behaviour prior. Although she apologized when she answered the first phone call, she kept taking more calls after. The massage itself wasn't great either and I definitely did not feel relaxed at all.
I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.
My recommendation to the owner is to prioritize and value your client's time. If you have other duties to tend to, do not overbook yourself or hire someone to tend to those duties. As a professional, you have the obligation to ensure your clients are cared for properly during their scheduled session.
