He is very knowledgeable & will explain everything in great detail every step of the way to ensure you understand what is going on with your body & how it is progressing. He is also very personable which makes returning for every follow up visit easy. The clinic receptionist, Zoey, is an absolute angel & will do her best to accommodate your schedule! Dr. Chow is very knowledgeable in the field and our health has benefited with consistent visits to his clinic. Not only does he provide excellent treatment, but he also passes his knowledge in how we can correct our daily habits and lifestyle to avoid the issues we've visited him for in the first place, in order to promote long-term health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Dr. Chow is one that I am having trouble matching. I saw him for several months a couple of years back for a lower back issue I've had for years for which I was having trouble finding helpful treatment. Dr. Chow was very professional and explained everything as he went, being sure that I understood what was being done and what was expected of me to ensure my treatments were fruitful. After several months of waning intervals of treatment, I felt better than I had for a long time; I'd never expected the amount of recovery I'd gotten with him, and he was always keen on keeping up-to-date on my progress and checking in on any other issues I may have along the way.
I unfortunately had to move from the area so am unable to resume treatments with him, but I miss his friendly conversation as much as I wish I could go back to have him keep my back fixed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Derek Chow is the best Chiropractor I have ever met. I had neck pain for so many years and have tried so many different treatments and can’t get a good result. I am thankful that my family doctor referred me to see Dr. Chow and I can say he is the only Chiropractor that can help release my neck pain from just a few sessions. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He will explain in a way that you’ll understand and also tell you how we can correct our daily habits and sleeping styles to avoid these issues. I am so happy that I have no more neck pain. Thank you Dr. Chow. I would highly recommended him.

He not only provided me with a great treatment session for immediate relief but also worked with me to build better long-term habits through stretches and exercises for my back. Overall, I found Dr. Chow to provide great patient care with an approachable communication style in the way that he answers questions and gives explanations for his treatment plans.
