He went above and beyond with his attention to detail, observations, prompt research turnaround time. He was very accommodating to my search needs as much as possible and made my application process very simple. When i was overwhelmed, he would break things down for me and explain it in a way i could digest. He was patient and kind. He was also very easily accessible which I appreciated. Aside from that, what I really want to say is that his kindness and compassion were genuine and made my experience very smooth and pleasant. We all have a story, a reason why we may be moving/renting/selling and that may be pleasant or unpleasant so the ability for him to read the situation and act accordingly made a world of difference.
