She helped me find my first condo after leaving home for the first time. Because that experience was so positive, I needed her expertise once again to find a house for my husband and I to begin creating new family memories.
BOOM! After 8 days of visiting 16 listings in the west end of the city, we found our ideal new starter home and we couldn't be more happier! Frances was also able to get our lower penthouse condo sold in 5 days because she is the Queen of consistent follow up and professionalism.
Major kudos go out to Nicole who was remarkable in preparing voluminous legal documents for us to sign electronically whenever the need arose.
