My wish list for my first home kept changing with every viewing she took me to see, and she remained patient and enthusiastic as we worked to narrow down a strong list of desires for my first home. Winnie was informative and patient, and really took the time to listen to and understand my needs to ensure that my first home fit my lifestyle. She was an amazing coach throughout the search and buying process, and I was confident that every decision I made along the way was well informed. I am so glad I chose them because they are passionate and hardworking. With their help, we got the home we wanted and sold the current home the way we hoped for! The pandemic shut-down caused us to pause the updating of our home. But Winnie and John kept in touch, and explained their predictions of the housing market. They were not pushy. I was glad I listened to them about continuing with our home’s updating, as that’s when a home we hoped for suddenly appeared on the market. Winnie and John are tactful dealmakers. They also recommended well the stager, contractor, and gardener. John himself replaced our fence! We sold our home in 1 week. Thank-you again Winnie & John for all you’ve done!
