โ โ โ โ โ Love the welcoming and inclusive environment for females only! The instructors are so nice and motivating so all you have to do is to show up! Kickboxing with BOB makes working out so much more fun. Everything pink is also a plus!

โ โ โ โ โ Started taking classes at Hers Kickboxing and what a workout it is. A very challenging and fun 45 minutes of hitting Bob the mannequin. Instructors are great and help you with technique and form. Good music. A great workout. Enjoying it!

โ โ โ โ โ Hers kickboxing is a great way to start reaching your fitness goals. I just started and I been feeling more energetic and motivated to reach my goals. Every class is intensive and makes you sweat and get your full workout. I would highly recommend. Great staff and team.

โ โ โ โ โ I absolutely love Hers Kickboxing! I started in February doing a few drop-in classes and now I go at least once every week. The classes always push me to become better and to work harder! The 45 mins always fly by super quickly! All the instructors that I have attended are energetic and motivating!
I'd definitely recommend this gym if you're in the Markham area and it's located conveniently across from Markville Mall with tons of free parking.

โ โ โ โ โ I started coming here beginning of February and it was such a great decision! I had never done tried kickboxing before so I was a bit nervous, but the all the instructors were super helpful. The classes itself are a good challenge but not too difficult that you canโt follow along. Love the fact that it is an all womenโs gym as well. My favourite class is Taboxing!

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing kickboxing and only womenโs fitness studio for all levels. The instructors teach proper form/techniques and the workouts allow you to box at your own pace which I love. The staff are super welcoming and always send positive energy. Overall a great environment and highly recommend!
