★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried out the new my storage boxes service, as it was less than $7 dollars per bin a month. They came straight to my house even waited fifteen minutes really patiently while I quickly loaded my stuff into the bins so they could be brought back to the facility. I love the fact that anytime I need it, they bring it back, and it doesn’t make my home messy. The whole process was super smooth and easy! Loved it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing service experience this morning provided by Dalia at the front desk and Zachary, a technician. We’ve had our contents in storage here for > 5 yrs - way too long to make economic sense, but that’s a story for a different post. As can be expected after all this time, we could not locate the key to our lock. So we pulled in this morning and asked Dalia at the front desk for assistance in breaking our lock. After verifying our identity, she discovered that our lock could not be cut with the industrial cutters she had on hand. No issue, she promptly summoned for help and Zachary was able to apply some muscle and personal stamina to cut through the lock using a power cutter. They went above and beyond to quickly solve our issue. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They pulled every dirty trick in the book! Kept my security deposit of $200. They did not credit $100 for my referral. Extra and ambiguous electric charges were placed. It took many phone calls to dispute this, and my calls were not returned. During this time they applied a pad lock and also charged me a late fee every 4 days. They were a nightmare to deal with. When I googled tricks that may be pulled by storage units they checked every box, including people living inside the units. I am absolutely shocked at what should be a very black and white transaction being made so complicated and crooked. Do not be fooled by Mollys smile, it is the face she puts on often when she tells you she can’t do anything about it and it was in your 50 page contract she had you sign without drawing your attention to hidden fees. You are better off storing your belongings ANYWHERE ELSE!
PS. Not sure why you need 28 notice to close a unit when their are multiple lockers available. I thought security deposits were to insure no damage has been done to the property, but apparently it’s their pocket cash lunch money.
I will write a review until I override all the fake positive reviews you have had written by your friends and family. NEVER EVER AGIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH YOU!!!
