★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An excellent storage facility. Convenient location. Easy to access. CLEAN!!! Well lit (and all the lighting works). Lots of hand carts. Helpful staff. Economical. Supports the community. Everything you want in a storage facility. In my experience, this is very special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. The gate to the loading and unloading area is too narrow. My Toyota Sienna 2017 had gaps of literally 1 cm, and without mirrors it is impossible to drive in reverse. In winter, in ice, the car can go sideways and damage is inevitable.
2. I have to hold the elevator door close button for a long time until it closes completely. If the button is released during the closing process, the door starts to open.
3. I could not find a place for garbage.
4. The toilet was closed on Sunday around 8 am.
+ It was very unpleasant for me to lower the rating, especially since everything else is organized and equipped just fine.

Unfortunately, it is the CEO and Executives who have all the power and authority to change the pricing.
I have had no complaints with Biana and her staff. They are employees trying their best to facilitate our needs.

My most recent encounter has been because of the teams huge support of our local school's fair. I have to say, the team has gone above and beyond to help in any way that they can. Want to publicly thank Access Storage for giving back and being an integral part of the Leaside community!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, convenient and easy to access. A relatively newer business, we've used this location twice, once when doing renovations, and again during the passing of a family member. Staff is helpful and courteous. Only complaint I've had is that the washroom was sometimes locked during Covid times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building has always been clean with adequate temperature and the corredors free of any obstruction. Customer service has been very helpful and polite. Throughout the years I needed a storage place, Access has consistently provided the service that I needed. I empty the storage space a few days before advising the front desk and the personnel had noticed that my space did not have a lock and it was empty and were already calling me to confirm that all was in order. I called that care! Thank you for all your good service!
