DON'T BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE!! If I could rate a 0 star I would but it won't allow me too. This is the worst customer experience ever!! The owner of the establishment reflects on what the place is. Low quality, no customer service and the absolute opposite of what any type of business should be. They delivered my couch on a Saturday after 8pm already a few days late and decided that it was ok to make a "huge hole" in a "brand new wall" . Apparently according to RAJ the owner this is a normal practice that he is accustomed too. I gave him over a week to come up with a solution to my problem and as you probably figured out by now he didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. And after I called him he pretty much told me to fix it myself and that his delivery company making a huge hole in my wall was my problem!!

I shopped there this afternoon, and the employee was very rude and even screamed at me. When I paid for my purcase (by debit), it looked as though I had been double-charged for my purchase, and she couldn't provide a credible explanation. So of course I was concerned! Her customer service was terrible.

Owner was rude and should not be in a position to sell to people. He doesn't care about the quality or his products or the satisfaction of his clients. I bought a sofa and it broke after 1 day of normal use. I put a huge dent in the armrest while reading a book. I tried to return the sofa so I could buy a better one, but he refused to and insisted on just replacing the damaged arm. Poor quality, poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and don't ever set foot in this store. I should also mention that the delivery service was not good and that they charged me $50, when I was originally quoted $35 for delivery.

I can't say anything bad about this store, overall I had a good experience. The owner was helpful, the delivery guys were very good and pleasant. I know in terms of product quality you get what you pay, I know it's not top quality but its affordable. If I want quality I know where to get it and it comes with a different price tag.

Awful experience. DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR BUSINESS. Spent $350+ dollars here. When I opened my duvet cover it had a stain on it and the zipper was broken. I tried to exchange it in the original packaging and unused and they refused to help me as it was outside of their 1 week (awfully short) exchange period. They showed zero remorse and did not stand behind their merchandise. I will never shop here again.
