I had Joy for a full back massage (they do not just do foot reflexology as the name may lead you to believe!) and she broke me down - I mean all the tight knots and cords of muscle through out my back that were like slabs of marble (that’s what my other RMT used to refer to my back as ?)!
Although a bit sore the next day, it’s sore in a good way - like relaxed and the kind of sore that you’d feel after a good workout - except I didn’t have to do any of the work!
I’ve also had Trishelle the other one time I went last and she was great, her style is more relaxing but still thorough so they have therapists for whatever pressure you need.
This is fast becoming one of my favourite places to pop in for a no-nonsense relief to my stress-laden muscles, as they’re so much more able to accommodate my schedule than my RMT (who I still love but is hard to book). And conveniently located at Park Royal mall! Couldn’t ask for anything more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trishelle was amazing! My back has never felt better. I’ve tried so many spas for a massage that would release the tension in my back and nothing ever really worked. I work as a dental hygienist and have a lot of upper back pain and this is the first massage I’ve had that really relieved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an Asian oil massage today and it felt amazing!!! Miguel made the whole experience relaxing making sure I was comfortable the entire time. His care with clients and attentive listening ensured he knew where I felt my tension and he relieved those areas for me. I will definitely request Miguel again and recommend him to family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this location many times. The place is always impeccably clean and well managed. The therapists change regularly but I’ve had a few truly great massages there. In particular, Jenny is fantastic. She really knows her craft and checked in with me several times during the treatment to make sure I was OK with the intensity. Great masseuse! I highly recommend this location.
