★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Leah for massage therapy since 2007 when I had a fall and needed help to heal. I am happy to say she is still my go to person for massage therapy. I am an active person and she consistently is aware of what my body needs to be in top form. My husband and 15 year old son are now clients and even though they have very different needs, Leah has helped them feel their best. I highly recommend anyone to visit Leah for their massage needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Impulse for nearly 10 years. I followed Danielle from Port Moody to West Van. She is the best massage therapist I’ve had. She does an amazing job working through my pain without even needing me to tell her my issues. I definitely recommend going to her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had hurt my back and I went to see Meghan and she was able to get me back to 100%. As I sit at a desk most of the day, I continued seeing her for monthly maintenance and she has greatly helped increase my overall flexibility and back/core health and strength. I would recommend her to anyone needing help with an injury or needing a plan to help their day to day activities.

She brings great enthusiasm and passion to our sessions and I have learned so much. I am so lucky to have found someone who cares so much about her patient's health. 6 stars.

With the movements she provides along with video explanations I seem to need fewer adjustments and feel much better than my old chiropractor and trainer combination. Meghan has taught me how important stability and mobility are compared to strength only. With her help other long-term ailments have improved over other practitioners by far. I now see her less often and am so glad she is here.

She helped me improve my mobility, chronic pain and taught me exercises and home stretches to incorporate in my daily routine. After every treatment session, Meghan emailed me the moves and the stretches that we have practiced and for that I am very appreciative and impressed with her methods. I am very satisfied with her treatment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meghan gave me the most thorough chiropractic treatment I have ever experienced. She walked me through a number of mobility movements, then proceeded to point out exactly which was muscles were not firing, which were overcompensating and explained the likely reasons. After a full assessment she did a ton of soft tissue manipulations, and skillful adjustments. She even gave me simple, bite size home stretches and strengthening moves that I've easily incorporated into my daily routine. I can't believe how much better I feel already!

As an extremely active sports enthusiast, I was grieving losing my exercise routine. Meghan's thoughtful approach to my recovery and ongoing therapy management has been exceptional. She provided the treatment (hands on manipulation and stretching), tools (videos of home care exercises), information (great analogies to be able to visualize explanations) and recommendations (introductions to a network of complimentary services that can be explored). She truly believes in the holistic approach to treatment; if you are like me and you want a partner in your recovery and ongoing pain management then Meghan is the absolute best fit!!
