Gina Stockwell blew our high expectations out of the water! As a financial professional myself, I have met a lot of realtors. We carefully interviewed many of the top realtors on the Sunshine Coast before hiring Gina. Start to finish she was highly professional, approachable, easy to reach, well-organized, punctual, generally fabulous to work with and even fun! Gina provided excellent advice in regards to negotiation even before we hired her related to a challenging neighbour situation. She was sharp, calm, confident and right on point during the selling negotiation. We had multiple offers and it sold in less than a week. For example, the Home Stager she sent to my home transformed it from beautiful and almost there to stunning and picture perfect nearly over night. The professional photographer was also blown away. She said our home was absolutely perfect, with nothing out of place, and that even though she photographs many, many homes, she would love to live in ours. Even the “For Sale” sign Gina put in front of our house was impressive, highly professional, beautiful, freshly painted soldi wood and perfect. It actually added to the overall appearance of the property, a sharp contrast to the cheap, ratty-looking metal framed boards we see around town.
