★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management will continuously harass and demean your camp. Their Covid-19 rules are unclear and ambiguous. Our group would've appreciated clear communication instead of berration and condescension. Male owner will ruin experience by revealing cameras positioned all over camp and road up to. Overall would not book again, thanks for taking our $350 for nothing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful rustic spot. The road in is rough and there are no services (water and power), but you will be able to enjoy some ocean views like you don't elsewhere. The owners are great hosts and have been happy to help with anything we needed help for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best sites I have been to. I usually don't camp on private sites, I go for National Parks or Provincial Parks. But this location is awesome, the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. I have been there twice, once rented a cabin/camping, and a waterfront next time. The scenery is breathtaking and sites a well maintained. No rowdy parties so can have lots of peace. The ride to the site is bumpy, but it is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mussel Beach is absolutely gorgeous, it's a little slice of paradise! I've camped here three years in a row with a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The beach is great for exploring, there's even a neat cave nearby. The campsites are spacious and have amazing views. As an extra bonus the campsite has well maintained outhouses and showers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Loved the campsite, the expansive/beautiful/fascinating beaches, wildlife sightings, gorgeous views, quiet neighbours, and super-friendly hosts. Rugged and remote, with just the right amount of little comforts. Totally worth the bumpy drive down the last stretch of gravel road...we will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the perfect campground! The street leading to this unspoiled slice of paradise is bumpy, but totally doable just drive slowly and be patient. Beautiful sites, sea views and beach access. The whole campground is well-maintained and the owners are super friendly. We made friends by the campfire and even spotted bald eagles and black bears on the beach. Switch off your phone and enjoy the peace and quiet of this perfect place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning, stunning, stunning views from our campsite. We couldn’t stop taking pictures. The oceanfront daily campsites were directly on the beach and were huge and were grassy which was perfect for our slightly finicky tent. Showers were $3 and the hosts offered to charge it to our credit cards since we didn’t bring cash.
We have camped in lots of areas with bears so we knew what to do and expect but if you aren’t used to this type of camping I would highly recommend researching beforehand and thoroughly reading the bear aware pamphlets at the check in area. Outhouses were the cleanest I’ve ever seen in my life and the entire camping area was so well taken care of. Hosts are clearly very passionate about their slice of heaven (rightly so) so be courteous and take care of your campsite and they will treat you well!
