★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I camp frequently and was really impressed by Surf Junction. It seemed to be the general consensus expressed by other campers. There were a variety of private sites for all kinds of campers. There was also an overflow area. Quinn and Dayan were our surf instructors. They did a great job of going between the all aged group of 11 people. They were very encouraging. It was nice to hear surf stories from other campers. Watch out for the Stellar Jays waiting for your food. The bonus is that this camp is in a fog zone so camp fires are allowed. I would return for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place. Stayed one night during heavy rain but it was nice to have the hot tub, sauna, hot shower, and coffee in the AM. Gotta come back for more in the Summer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above average facilities, including a hot tub, for a very reasonable price. On the downside they're 7.5 km outside of town, so walking is not practical and given the relentless rain cycling is not particularly pleasant, so keep that in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, amazing campgrounds, amazing staff! Before I even left I knew that this was the first place I'd try book if I was going camping again. I was astounded by how clean the showers and bathrooms were, too. If you have time, check out the surf school! It was seamless to get registered and sorted, and Mike is an awesome teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed over one night in the back addition. Felt disconnected from the main campground. The showers were nice and we were lucky enough to get a dip in the hot tub. The partiers got going at 1am until 3am. What bothered me most was the ransacked bag of garbage we found lying next to the dumpster near the communal building. My kids wanted to clean it up but I insisted if we report it staff would dispose of it properly. Phoned up after hours and was told it would be dealt with right away. The next morning it was still there (picture attached). Kicking myself for not disposing of it ourselves but most of all hoping a bear wasn’t euthanized as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an awesome home away from home!! Came for a few nights and ended up staying for two weeks. Amazingly wonderful staff, great, clean facilities (including a hot tub and a sauna!) and super nice campsites: I stayed at 5 different ones - one better than the next. Looking forward to next time :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For being in the overflow section during a long weekend, our stay was very comfortable. It is very conveniently located and has so many amenities. We even had a chance to dip in their hot tub and their sauna!! :) It was a very fun experience and we will come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute!! They have little surf themed signs all over the grounds. Decently priced for the area ($37 unserviced) and no two sites are the same so you always get something interesting. They have a hot tub, sauna, paying showers, a sink for dishes, a cooking shelter, clean bathrooms and a café in the office. The staff is nice and very dog-friendly. I didn’t take any lessons or rent any equipment but I’ll be back!
