★ ★ ★ ★ ★ [Trail currently closed for construction (November 2019) - heavy machinery and trees coming down for a new road. This includes the biking trail, which has big deep holes cut through it for the new road.]
Stunning 360 views from the top, a must-do on a clear day and well worth the quite plain gravel road for the hike up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a 2.5 hour, 11.5 km, round trip hike with an increase in elevation of about 680 m. It's not too challenging, but we felt it the next day. The view from the top is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great snowy Dec hike up to the top. Best features are the 360 degree view at the top, and the BEST cellular reception you’ll get in the area. 200+ mbps 5g data. Hike up and enjoy an Ozark marathon on Mt. Ozard if the view is cloudy. Went up just before sunset. Took about 2h up and 1.25 down. Steep on the way up though. Highly recommend for the great cardio, cell reception and the view.
