★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surtout n y aller pas. Personnel arrogant, très mauvais conseil. Avec une politique de zéro remboursement ils ont bloqué mon argent et ils ont mis 1 mois pour commander une guitare gaucher.. Propriétaire arrogant et ne communique pas avec les clients... Sauf a travers son assistante.
Above all, don't go. Arrogant staff, very bad advice. With a zero refund policy they blocked my money and they took 1 month to order a left handed guitar. Owner arrogant and does not communicate with customers ... Except through his assistant.

On lui a demandé de nous expliquer la différence, en se disant qu'on prendrait celle qui est la plus facile pour sortir un son étant donné que notre fille commence et il n'a rien voulu savoir. Donc, on va regarder le numéro sur la vieille anche et on va aller l'acheter ailleurs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait des années que j'achète mes CD, livres de musique et instruments à cette boutique locale. Je viens tout juste de sortir du magasin avec une nouvelle guitare! Le propriétaire est toujours sympathique et il m'a très bien conseillé; il m'a laissé essayé les différents modèles pendant plusieurs minutes. Aux finales, même avec un prix plus que raisonnable pour l'instrument, il m'a même fait un escompte sur l'étuit de transport et m'a généreusement offert des cordes de hautes qualités et divers picks gratuits! Ils n'ont pas fini de me revoir, j'y retourne c'est certain??
It's been years that I buy my CDs, music books and instruments to the local shop. I just get out of the store with a new guitar! The owner is always friendly and he told me good advice; he let me try different models for several minutes.
