L	LJN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le propriétaire/gérant est hyper impoli. Très mal-élevé alors qu’on ne veut que récupérer un colis. J’ai porté plainte a Poste-Canada. The owner / manager is super rude. Very rude when all you want to do is pick up a package. I filed a complaint with Canada Post.

Air Bête, mais d'une profondeur jamais égalée de toutes mes expériences de service à la clientèle. 2. Obstination pour ne pas écouter mes questions et demandes. 3. Impossible d'acheter avec débit même en rajoutant des éléments pour dépasser le montant minimum. Je dois faire deux transactions respective pour acheter un billet STM (comptant SEULEMENT, il va vous le crier...comme si on était dépourvu d'intelligence) et ensuite, mes achats. 4. Un peu plus, il me disait de partir pour qu'il puisse passer à un autre client. Moment étrange. Sérieusement, fortement déconseillé. I'm only giving one star because I have to to write a review. I don't really know where to start. 1. Sounds stupid, but of a depth never equaled in all my customer service experiences. 2. Stubbornness not to listen to my questions and requests. 3. Unable to purchase with debit even adding items to exceed the minimum amount. I have to make two respective transactions to buy an STM ticket (cash ONLY, he'll shout it at you...as if we were devoid of intelligence) and then, my purchases. 4. Some more he was telling me to leave so he could move on to another client. Strange time. Seriously, strongly discouraged.
