★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je pouvais laisser une note de zéro, je l’aurais fait. Le propriétaire est très désagréable et arrogant. Ma mère et moi sommes venus pour acheter un chargeur iPhone, l’employé présent a pris 5 à 6 minutes pour nous répondre alors qu’il n’y avait aucun client autre que nous dans le magasin ,même pas un "Bonjour, je serai à vous dans un instant". Lorsqu’il nous répond finalement, c’est un "oui?" Franchement , ce n’est pas normal d’avoir un magasin et de ne pas offrir un service à la clientèle. Je ne savais même pas que son magasin existait et ça fait des années que je fréquente le Carrefour La Pointe, c’est ma mère qui m’as dit que je pourrai trouver ce dont j’avais besoin ici. Pour une première visite, je dois vous dire que c’est bien ma dernière et j’aurai préféré aller au LaSource pour payer plus cher en sachant que j’aurai un meilleur service. De plus, ma mère lui a demandé si c’était possible qu’il essuie son téléphone, car il changeait sa vitre de téléphone et il dit à ma mère "Laissez-moi faire mon travail madame". Voyons donc, après avoir finalisé nos achats, je lui fait la remarque qu’il pourrait améliorer son service à la clientèle et je lui fait savoir qu’il n’avait pas d’affaire à parler à ma mère sur ce ton et tout ce qu’il arrive à me dire c’est "Si vous n’êtes pas satisfaite, vous pouvez vous faire rembourser ". C’est pas une question de remboursement, mais de SERVICE À LA CLIENTÈLE. C’est bien la dernière fois que j’y mettrai les pieds. Investissez votre argent ailleurs, j’ai fait un tour des commentaires et je ne suis pas la seule qui a eu une expérience déplaisante dans ce magasin. Des magasins pour arranger des téléphones, il y en a plusieurs à Montréal.

Invest your money elsewhere, I've done a review round and I'm not the only one who has had an unpleasant experience at this store. Stores to arrange telephones, there are several in Montreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu je vais pour voir réparer la tablette à mon enfant et le personnel me dit après que c trop compliqué à réparer et que ont peux pas ouvrir la tablette après je vais voir sur internet et je vois que ça s'ouvre facilement et par la suite je vais à une autre endroit que le personnel est courtois et plus accueillant et me dit que ça se répare facilement.......merci j'aurais fait un enfant très déçu et qui aurais heu beaucoup de peine si je j'aurais écouter le commerçant et me fier sur c compétence vue que c censé être un commerce qui répare des téléphones et tablettes
Very disappointed I go to see my child repair the tablet and the staff tells me after that it is too complicated to repair and that we cannot open the tablet after I go to the internet and I see that it opens easily and by the following I go to another place where the staff is courteous and more welcoming and tells me that it can be repaired easily ... would have listened to the merchant and relied on c skill seeing that c supposed to be a business that repairs phones and tablets
