Carrefour Informatique est une entreprise où les employés prennent le temps d'écouter nos besoins et de nous proposer l'ordinateur adéquat.
Je retournerai sans hésitation pour un prochain ordinateur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propriétaire insolant, m'a insulté, plus de 2 mois pour avoir un estimé que je n'ai jamais eu et tout à coup durant sa pluie d'insulte me dit que mon appareil ne se répare plus. Une des pires expérience client que j'ai jamais vécu, évitez cet endroit pour n'importe quel de leur services, j'ai perdu mon temps et mon argent de l'estimé, cette personne ne sait pas comment gérer sa propre entreprise et encore moins le service à la clientèle, totalement pourris comme endroit, désolant.
Insolent owner, insulted me, more than 2 months to have an estimate that I never had and suddenly during his rain of insult tells me that my device does not repair itself anymore. One of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced, avoid this place for any of their services, I lost my time and money from the esteemed, this person does not know how to run his own business and still less customer service, totally rotten like place, sorry.

Du jamais vu… très accueillant lorsque je suis entré avec mes casettes mini-VHS pour les transférer en DVD, délais max de 2 semaines et après mon suivi de 2 semaines sans réponse, on me dit que le photographe est en vacances ! 2 semaines plus tard, toujours pas d'appel, on me dit qu'il ne savait pas le format entre CD ou DVD. Finalement, le gérant a mis une priorité et quelque jours après, j'ai finalement mes casettes, je paye 80$ OK mais je me rend compte que les DVD sont vierges !!! C'est n'importe quoi… Le gérant a mis une 2e priorité en 24 hrs (apprécié), cependant la qualité du transfert au niveau du son est pitoyable, le bruit de fond est plus important que le son du video. On me dit que c'est les casettes le problème. Je crois plutôt que le transfert est fait sur FWD avec un micro de Mikey Mouse. Faites votre choix.
Total disappointment! Unheard of ... very welcoming when I entered with my mini-VHS cassette to transfer to DVD, max time of 2 weeks and after my follow-up of 2 weeks without response, I am told that the photographer is on vacation! 2 weeks later, still no call, I'm told he did not know the format between CD or DVD. Finally, the manager has put a priority and a few days later, I finally my casettes, I pay $ 80 OK but I realize that the DVDs are virgin! It's anything ... The manager put a 2nd priority in 24 hrs (appreciated), however the quality of the transfer at the level of the sound is pitiful, the background noise is more important than the sound of the video. I am told that it is the casette the problem. I think rather that the transfer is done on FWD with a microphone of Mikey Mouse. Make your choice.

Le technicien a l'air de rentrer un peu quand il veut (( mon observation )) ...
et il est très difficile de parler de la problématique avec le propriétaire car lui aussi n'est peut ou pas disponible ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je déconseille fortement vend des téléphones sans la charge original et si l'ont revien pour dire que le telephone lorsque fermé charge 50% de la batterie en 3 hrs je me suis fait repondre qu'un téléphone prend 6-8h pour charger lorsqu'il est fermé et demande 60$ pour la charge originale une vrai farce
