★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait ajusté ma guitare une fois, elle revient le manche non barré en haut, je lui dit, il me répond que c'est compliqué les Floyd Roses et que je devrais la vendre.... guitare de 3 mois le comique, alors j'ai décidé de l'apprendre et de ne plus retourner là, sauf pour acheter des cordes.... J'avais déja eu des problèmes avec leur ampli et leurs chums de boites musicale m'ont niaisé des mois... Bref, c'est bien beau se penser hot, mais faut accoter ce qu'on avance...
 I had my guitar adjusted once, it comes back with the neck not crossed up, I tell him, he answers me that the Floyd Roses are complicated and that I should sell it .... 3 month old guitar the comic , so I decided to learn it and not to go back there, except to buy strings .... I had already had problems with their amp and their musical box buddies fooled me for months .. In short, it's all well and good to think of yourself as hot, but you have to accost what you advance ...

Il est prétentieux et juge chaque question. Et si vous n'êtes pas prêt à acheter, il ne veut pas aider et vous le fera sentir sans probleme. Pire service à vie dans un magasin de musique.. et c'est pareil à CHAQUE fois! Malheureusement c'est le seul magasin dans mon coin.. je déteste le service. Zero
The owner Ben always gives me a terrible service.
He is pretentious and judges every question. And if you are not ready to buy, he does not want to help and you will feel it without problem. Worse service for life in a music store .. and it's the same EVERY time! Unfortunately this is the only store in my area .. I hate the service. Zero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après avoir acheté une guitare de 1800$, un ukulele de 270$ et plusieurs autres accessoires, j'y retourne avec une amie qui regarde pour un ukulele.
Quand elle lui dit après 5 minutes d'essai du ukulele qu'elle va y réfléchir avant d'acheter...il la regarde de haut en lui disant.....pourquoi attendre ?
Les deux bras me sont tombé. Quel manque de respect.
Je pars jouer deux ou trois accords sur un piano...il chiale après moi très bêtement que lui devra desinfecter le piano.
Bref aucun respect pour ses clients.
Pas trop tenté de l'encourager encore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super service! J'ai acheté une Gibson Les Paul Traditional à cet endroit à un prix que je n'aurais jamais trouvé ailleurs. C'est là que je retourne pour le faire nettoyer et tuner et elle me revient impeccable chaque fois.
J'ai aussi acheté d'un ami une Stratocaster usagée qui avait besoin de beaucoup d'amour, je leur ai emmené espérant qu'ils puissent me la remettre en état. Résultat: Encore mieux que j'aurais pu espérer! Elle est comme neuve.
Great service! I bought a Gibson Les Paul Traditional here at a price I would never have found elsewhere. This is where I go back to get it cleaned and tuned and it comes back to me spotless every time.
I also bought a used Stratocaster from a friend that needed a lot of love, took them with me hoping they could fix it for me. Result: Even better than I could have hoped for! It is like new.
