★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes they are not open on Mondays, but the service is so good it makes up for that and then some. Very helpful even if they cant source a part at least they try. They treat you like a good neighbor would and not like a big dealership. I would recommend this place to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great spot for holiday trailer parts, especially used parts which is what I was looking for. Everything you can think of. Lots of sizes. It is somewhat organized and most don't have prices. But no complaints. Helpful if you ask for anything specific. It's a bit of a drive out but worth it. You can email or call with specifics before and they will let you know. I think it's worth a trip out at least once to see. They are located just east of the church in Josephburg. Very easy to find.

its a shame the business has so much potential if they would hire more staff and have decent hours.
Maybe add some sort of online inventory.
You cant sell parts if you don't call your customers back.

They won't pull your leg or rip you off. Amazing place to work with. Great repair service. ? highly recommended!

The rewound the awning and it works great now. They were wonderful explaining exactly what went wrong and we were very impressed. They will ave all our RV business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure how but I'm pretty sure they will find the part you're looking for. Don't know the ladies name that served me, but great customer service and very knowledgeable. Even as I picked up the wrong part exchanging was no issues and the prices are decent. For any of my future needs for my RV I will be shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sue was so helpful. I emailed looking for a part and she wrote me back right away and had a part that I swear no one else in North America does. She even emailed a picture to confirm it was exactly what I was looking for. She held it for me and I drove right out to get it. She was just as lovely in person as she was via email. I would actually go out of my way to deal with Murphys. Thanks again!!!
