Based off what we went to see, she immediately had us interested in the other camper. When we had questions, she always knew the answers. We bought our 36CK2 in August 2020 so smack in the middle of the pandemic!! We met Tammy a couple years ago while kicking tires at the RV show and when it came time to stop kicking and start buying we were going to buy out of the USA to save a few bucks... Talked with Tammy and we were able to negotiate and buy local.. BEST DECISION EVER!! Tammy was amazing! the service department has gone above and beyond for us and I am so so so happy we chose Minards!! A+ guys! Thank you for everything!!!

They arranged a showing of the two units I was interested in, and brought them inside the shop to view the, out of the cold.
