★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Burrito bowl not bad.. A little disappointed the steak was not hot. It's precooked.
Rather expensive.. $18 for bowl and drink. Easy access and lots of parking. Staff friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to this location for years. Quality used to be great but the last couple of visits have been sub par. The salad was a total disappointment - a sprinkling of lettuce and when I questioned it the staff member added a half-hearted pinch more. The salad also had next to no meat or grilled veggies, the topping options were unappetizing with all bits and pieces dropped into neighbouring containers. The salad ended up being more liquid than anything else. Left the location incredibly disappointed and still hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really used to enjoy coming to this location. Portions were always big (burritos aren’t cheap these days, 30$ for two mucho VEGGIE burritos) and staff were friendly. However, on my last visit this was absolutely not the case. I have noticed there have been new hires lately, which is fine, we all need jobs in today’s economy, but clearly the training has gone out the door. I walked in to an empty restaurant with two employees behind the counter, one at the cash and one cutting up some chicken and she had her back turned. The employee at the cash was doing something with the take out bags. Neither one of them said hello to me for the entire 3 minutes I was standing there waiting to be served or even acknowledged my presence, I felt completely invisible. I ended up walking out and I don’t even think they noticed that either. The door also slams and makes quite a noise so I’m surprised neither of them noticed. Not a good way to run a business. The Essa location has a guy who constantly touches his mask to move it up while gloved and making food so that just puts me off so we drove ALL the way to the Bayfield location as I know they have better service there. Really upset about this last visit that I just had to say something on goggle cause clearly the mucho website doesn’t do anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a regular customer (my fiancé and I eat here fairly regularly) I have ordered small or regular burritos for the most part and have a good idea of what to expect. Tonight I walked in and saw your google review sign and proceeded to give you 5 stars. I am sad to say my “small” burrito tonight made me come back and change this review. This burrito is the smallest burrito I have ever seen. I’m pretty sure the kids burrito has more going on than this one. Very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst meal I've had for a long time. Some Easter meal! Had the 3 hardshell toco, which fell apart,stuck to card board holder. Dry chicken,no flavor in anything.cold shredded cheese, 3 drips of sour cream, not even on the side. Ate with fork,gagged,fed to dog. Awful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always enjoyed Mucho Burrito until tonight. Ordered three regular burritos and it was 85% rice. I paid $60 and I couldn’t find the chicken, cheese or anything else’s for that matter. I don’t mind pay extra and I get cost have gone up but don’t give me a tortilla just stuff with rice. Very sad to say I will not be back anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to grab a quick lunch. Felt a bit rush when ordering as I wasn't sure what I want as Ive never been here before. The girl helping me at the counter seem like she was in a rush. I ended up getting a wrap, it was decent nothing special. Probably wont go back anytime soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only is my meal always prepared beautifully, I recently lost my wallet in the store and the staff kept it safe in a drawer for me until I called in to inquire if I had dropped it there. Amazingly wonderful ladies who reassured me none of my information was lost. Will always be recommending Mucho Burrito.
