As a long time customer of MTS, i have been less then impressed by the services, prices and customer service which i have dealt with.

Your service is horrible and your internet is a potato. How hard is it to fix. Good thing I’m switching to Shaw so should everyone else for 100 dollars cheaper

Terrible infrastructure and billing system. Even very good employees are unable to provide adequate service under these conditions. Closing out my account involved 4 calls, all with differing information ranging in difference from a $360 credit that I was assured I would receive, to a $72 charge in the end the final call took me a full hour and I will never deal with this company again. Even leaving was painful.
