Now, I have to start by saying I have never had issues with Mr. Vapor or its staff until today. They have always been knowledgeable and helpful but today was outright appalling. I sent my friend to the store because I am currently positive for Covid. Even though the rules now state that I could have went for myself even though I was sick, out of respect for the workers I chose to stay at home in isolation. When my friend arrived with her boyfriend they went to grab the vape I wanted and pick one out for her. Because her boyfriend didn't have ID they were not allowed to purchase the second vape, I understand rules are rules, but by proceeding to say my friend could still purchase one vape but not two is a clear violation. They both should have been refused service but clearly the staff were more concerned about power tripping then the actual law. When she told me about this, I gave the store a call and they directed me to online ordering. Even after explaining to them that the option was not popping up for me they still insisted so I tried. Wow surprising it didn't work. So I called back at 4pm and explained that it was clearly not working and asked again if I could just place my order over the phone. They finally caved and I was treated as if I was being a nuisance. They did not tell me the length of time it would take to be delivered. Two and a half hours roll by and still nothing. So I call and ask what the hold up is. They proceed to tell me that it won't be here till 10 or 11. Now I understand work places can be busy but what I cannot understand is why I was not notified of this time frame in the previous call. 10:30 rolls around and still nothing. So again, I call and the driver has not arrived yet, frustrated as I am sick and would like to go to sleep I say don't worry about it and get into my car and drive there to pick it up myself. The workers, Noah and the delivery driver were very apologetic and said it must have been a miscommunication. I don't believe it was a miscommunication I believe the workers that were there previous to Noah neglected my order and did not relay proper information to the staff coming on shift. Im disgusted by the utter disrespect and power tripping my friend and I had to endure today. The only reason this is getting two stars is because of Noah, the delivery driver, and the pleasant experiences I've had in past. My advice to management? Clean house and hire some employees who actually give a damn about customer service.

Great store with a huge variety of vape products. Knowledgeable staff always willing to help out. I brought in a mod that was not purchased from Mr vapor and they took time out of their day to troubleshoot the problems with it. Also gave me replacement coils when I had a few duds. Usually bumping some good EDM when you go in later which is a plus for me ?

Definitely earned my respect! Best prices, a very large selection of flavours and devices, best customer service, and best hours. Everything about this place is very well laid out, and in comparison to other shops also has the best warranties I’ve seen. Thanks again guys!

Been shopping here for awhile. Really like the product and the staff is awesome! Bought new bottle of PUNX juice. Went use it first time and the cap broke so could get it in pod. Went back to buy more. Showed it to one of the staff. And they sorted me right out!! Great customer service!!!

Mr. Vapor 2 has the best selection for anything you need! Super friendly staff who are great at remembering their customers and always have awesome suggestions if you're not sure what you want. They are always totally honest about their opinions on different flavors, not just about moving product but make sure you like what you get. I only shop at Mr. Vapor and that is not about to change anytime soon ?

I prefer going to the original Mr. Vapor, but this one is just as good. Bright, open concept and clean. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. The owner appreciates his customers and staff and it shows through the high level of excellent service. I wouldn't have been able to transition from cigarettes to vape 3 years ago if it wasn't for Mr. Vapor. Their customer program is also top notch, don't forget to sign up!
