★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We like everything about this business! We are impressed with Mr. Rooter (a.k.a. Matt). Matt came to install a new hot water tank today. His price was very reasonable. We certainly felt that it was not being padded with any unnecessary costs. He was punctual. The quality was very good and he stuck to the quoted price. Can't say enough about the service and the quality of work for the price we paid. Any future plumbing needs will be done by them for sure! If you need any plumbing work done, call Mr. Rooter! You won't regret it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been hiring Mr. Rooter also known as Matt for the last couple years. When we were in our previous home we hired him to unplug a drain. He came at the end of a long day and got the job done very efficiently. We just moved into our new house in January and have had him in a few times to do some repairs and maintenance work for us. Every time he has arrived with a big smile, positive attitude and worked hard to figure out what needed to be done. From resealing a kitchen sink in a granite counter top to working in our mechanical room on a leak he has done a great job every time. His prices are very fair and he is flexible and very easy to contact.

He provided input and direction on what needed to be done and how, our house has old plumbing and Matt McGyver'ed something to get the plumbing unclogged where as most would have probably left it :)
Would use again for sure...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a plumbing issue and phoned MrRooter for help as I had used him before and had a good experience. This time there was no answer and voicemail was full. I phoned back a few hours later and the voicemails were emptied and I was able to leave a message with my issue and contact info. I Never recieved a call back or any response whatsoever. Its too bad because he seemed fair to deal with, but has lost all my future business and I would recommend going with someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use these clowns. They DO NOT have the right tools to cut roots from a 4 to 6 inch transition. But they have no problem telling people they do. Caught them on this. Had to call in a real company to come and clear the roots. They refuse to negotiate with me, took my $500 and went silent. Is OK as my credit card company has reversed the charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service until they couldn’t do the job but charged me 500 dollars. Refused to even eat half the bill so will sick my credit card company on them. They couldn’t cut the roots in the 6 inch pipe as Their tool can only cut 4 inch which did absolutely nothing.
