Today, through the dedication of our many employees, Environmental 360 Solutions Inc. has a fleet of more than 40 trucks running along the streets in our communities. We service more than 20,000 residential and commercial customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called number provided a few months ago and was told they would give me a call back but they never did? Just tried again here in April and now phone number doesn't even ring? After researching for garbage bins in Olds, Alberta area I found that these guys were probably the best to deal with but now I'm not so sure! If customer service is this terrible how do they continue to stay in business? Especially these days with Covid going on?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first signed up less than a year ago, 5/5 stars, but now I found little of what they agree to can be trusted. This pandemic seems to bring out the core of businesses and puts many companies to the test.
We are disappointed with their internal communication, leaving us no choice but to hire a different waste bin company. Too bad, I thought they were going to work out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to organize an estate cleanup which seemed like a huge undertaking. I phoned Wasteco to talk about disposal bins and a possible demolition, armed with very little insight about how many and what size of bins I would need. Right from my initial phone call I was given advice and information that made this undertaking seem less daunting. Jeremy came out to see the property in order to give me a demolition estimate and followed it up with advice on the size of bins needed. The quote was very reasonable. As it turned out demolition wasn't required but quite a few bins were. In fact more bins were needed than I had ordered. These extra bins were delivered very soon after asking for them. I just can't say enough good things about the staff and the drivers involved. The words that come to mind are helpful, great advice givers, accommodating and reasonably priced. The best customer service ever!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live on an acreage and decided it was time get rid of some junk we had been holding on to. Getting a temporary bin from Waste-Co was the best move we made. It saved us time and money not having to make numerous trips to the dump. The bin was delivered on time and the guys were professional and courteous. We are now ready to order a permanent bin. Thanks for the great service Waste-Co!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First contact was great, wanted a shipping container and they got back to me fast. Then when I was ready to purchase, they didn't get back to me so a day later I called them.
Dispatch said they would call me back and I got nothing. I called again later and they said they were busy and to just call some industrial leasing company because they deal with the containers and blew me off.
Didn't think it would be so hard to buy something from a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The previous company we were dealing with out of Camrose was trying to extort us into using their services WAY more than we agreed to. Leanne from E360S came into our office that day and I spoke to her. She emailed us exactly what we had discussed and we had a bin right away. We have had absolutely NO problems with this company. When we call for a pick up, Alesha is always wonderful to speak with. They are prompt and have never missed a pick up. One day the driver forgot to lock our bin after dumping it and he called to let us know he may have forgotten to replace the lock. NO BIG DEAL.... we went out and locked the bin. We really appreciated the call from the driver. We recommend this business!
