The u-Haul computer system sees to take the longest of the entire process otherwise staff are excellent and always friendly & accommodating. Called in advance to rent a truck, truck was still off in -25 weather, the price was almost 3 times what I was quoted online, and when I went to return the truck, the kid closed 10 minutes early and refused to return the truck. Over all, worst rental experience of my life and I will never be using Uhaul or this storage location again.
