★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard was very professional. He patiently answered all of my questions. He completed and reviewed a detailed home inspection, explaining short and long term maintenance plans. Richard cleaned up all work areas before leaving. I really appreciate all of his advice. I received a quote from the company within 30 minutes of his visit.
The rates are fair and I will definitely make The Gentlemen Plumbers my go to company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because of the excellent service I had received 14 years ago, I only considered one company for the job when our downstairs shower was not draining properly. I was greeted immediately upon calling, our records from 14 years ago accessed and a service call booked within just a few minutes. The plumber (Richard) arrived exactly when it was said he would. I was contacted day of service by dispatch both by phone and then closer to the arrival time by text. Richard Eddyvean was friendly, thorough and efficient and best of all fixed our plumbing issue. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall great experience! We needed some sort of duct fan removed and a new one installed, and Troy did a great job! He communicated everything he was doing, made sure I knew what was happening, and got it done in a very quick manner. And on top of that he was super friendly to my toddlers and dog! Really recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frank and Emmanuel came out this morning to repair our furnace. They were persistent, positive and professional.
The quality of the work is exceptional.
It is very reassuring to have such knowledge, trusting professionals repair and educate me about my furnace and plumbing. I learned a lot about maintaining my home, and the customer service was above and beyond what I expected.
When it’s this cold outside (-35), and your furnace goes. Calling a company so trusting that genuinely cares about people is comforting. Also knowing they did it right.

They clearly outlined what needed to be done and the fair pricing options for the job. They were friendly and did a great job. After they finished the kitchen sink drained better than ever! Great work and attitude from the plumbers I will be recommending them and using them for my future plumbing needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Logan and Gareth were great! Absolutely amazing job. Very professional and very knowledgable about the task. May be on the pricier side (with budgeting options) but the service you get out of it is A+. My hot water tank needed replacement and these two gems in addition to changing valves out did a superb job. Answered all my questions and reviewed with me how to maintain my tank and properly winterize my outside taps. Thanks for a job well done! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called the main line, the operator who took my call was extremely kind and empathetic to my plumbing emergency. She was able to arraign an appointment within a couple of days and called in the interim to double check that we were still ok to wait for our scheduled appointment. The morning of the appointment I got a text about 15 minutes before the plumbers arrived. From the first moment Devin arrived with his trainee James, they were super courteous and polite. My husband and I were just throwing out a ton of information at once at them and they listened attentively. Throughout, both men were easy going, sociable and always ready to answer any question I had. They were very clear explaining the price structure and the cost of each service we needed. There were no grey areas or questions of hidden charges. I knew exactly what my cost would be and exactly what to expect for that cost before they started any work. The job took all day and they worked diligently and efficiently the whole day. I was kept well informed of their progress and when they were done asked to inspect the work. They even left the work area clean and tidy. I am really grateful for the help and service we got from Devin and James today. I would not hesitate to hire Gentlemen Plumbers again and would recommend them to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentlemen Plumbers was quick to respond and had a service team out earlier then quoted. Kale was very professional and made sure I understood what was going on. When inspecting the drains on the house made sure I was involved and showed me all the problems that were the cause. Kale was a great teacher to the apprentice Johnny that was working with him. Johnny was very knowledgeable with the warranties that were supplied by the company. Kale was quick to identify other problems with the plumbing in my home while doing an included inspection and had the parts to fix them on hand. I will be doing further business with Gentlemen Plumbers for further repairs to the plumbing and also the future replacement of our furnace and hot water tank. Another company that is professional and supports more then one service for the home. Definitely recommend and look forward to their service and workmanship.
