Mr. Lube + Tires

Amazing service and a go-to for my basic servicing. Nav was particularly exceptional, and went above and beyond with helping me out just as they were closing for the evening. Can’t recommend enough!

Recieved tremendous service today at this location, the staff went above and beyond and offered me the best price option for me. Very happy and so is my car! Will be revisiting this location each time!

I typically visit this location for my standard oil change. However, today I took my vehicle in to have a flat tire repaired. After a quick glance, the technician immediately stated that I needed to replace all four tires as the flat tire was “unrepairable.” I questioned why I needed to replace four, given that the tires are only a year old. Only then he said that I could probably get away with replacing two for the cost of about $500 dollars. I later took the same tire to my dealership and they repaired the tire within an hour for $35. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of attention, the insufficient analysis and costly recommendation they provided. Without questioning their original solution, I would have spent over $1000 on four new tires, when I could have spent $35 to repair my existing tire. I will not be returning to this location.

I have been going to this Mr Lube on and off over the years. I have noticed the level of service declining. They used to have the oil change price list displayed and they would give you a price list. All they used to want to do is change you oil. Now they offer a lot more services which they want to sell you. I was there in March 2022 because I was going on a trip and wanted my oil changed before I left. I didn't have time to book an appointment with my mechanic. About a month earlier I was at my mechanic having some work done and I asked him to check my transmission fluid and antifreeze. He told me both were good. But at My Lube they were both bad. I asked the tech why? He mumbled something. I then asked him to show me the antifreeze tester. He brought it over to my window, again mumbled something that is was good to minis 35 degrees and pointed at it. It was reading way over minis 35 degrees. I did not get a good look at it but at minis 35 degrees it is good, plus it was clean. The same for the transmission fluid, he said it smelled burnt and dirty. Of coarse I went straight to my mechanic and had him re check it all. He just laughed at me. I also noticed there seem to be a lot of techs in the 3 bay shop. Most were just chatting with each other. Lots of overhead. Over the years that I have been going to his Mr Lube they have continuedly tried to up sell me every time I am in there. I tend to keep track of what maintenance i have done so i don't do things twice and over pay. Definitely you need to know what your car needs and what the cost will be up front. This is not a good way to do business Mr Lube.

Staff at Mr Lube are always so friendly and they are experts in car repairs/maintenance. They do their due diligence always by making sure to inspect everything in your car so you don’t have any future issues.

I got in for my oil change right away, and the guys were super helpful and gave me a run down of what needed to be done on my car. I’m used to service at hair salons, but they got me a coffee and newspaper while I waited! Great service.

I came in with a nail in my car tire. I left my car because they were busy. Later on during the day, the guys took a look at my tire, pulled the nail out and realized that the nail hadn't punctured my tire. They topped up my air pressure and sent me on my way, free of charge. They could have pretended that my tire needed fixing but they were totally honest. What a great experience! Thank you!

I’m a big fan of Mr Lube but I will not return to this location. Overfilled my oil by 1 ltr and the drain plug I was able to open by hand just one day later. It’s a luck of the draw.. some guys care and do a good job some don’t. I’ve had friendly service at other locations offering discounts and even help drain oil when I accidentally overfilled in the past.
